Yes I already have and I’m engorged like a deer tick! I credit my ability to get huge with very little Dextrose to a decade of radical pumping. Infusion is just a shortcut that saves a week’s pumping or more.
My little experiment with dumping in 1liter 5% first, then 1 liter 10% is working well so far.
I am at 26” one hour after infusion.

I just added the balance of that second liter, reaching 2’1-1/2” or 34.5cm if you’re in Europe.

A sure way to tell is a clear urine stream.
Another way is to lift the skin on the back of your hand and see if it snaps back quickly.

It looks like I’m a little bit dehydrated right now....

I only lost 1-1/2” in 24 hours and I had room for an entire liter of 10% getting me back to 25-1/2” again and later blowing up to 27”. I could probably reach 29” tomorrow if only there were enough time but I don’t want to be immobilized on New Year’s Eve!
