Is there any way you could explain exactly what your setup is here, please? I've been looking for a way to pump just my balls for at least a year since pumping my dick makes it so I can't get a good enough erection. Would love to get back to pumping my nuts. Thanks.

The jar doesn't have a threaded opening, which is how you want it. The spout hole is a bit small for the fitting, so cut off the part that would go in the jar and use glue (I used J-B Weld) to attach it.

I've got a 4" tube I've used for full package pumping, and I've tried to go balls-only in it, but my dick keeps getting sucked in. So unfortunately that's not a fix for me, because the seal from Pumptoys you linked is the same size as what I've got. I used glass jars with a neck which only allowed sack to enter.
