Hello,
I had my meatotomy in October 2024, as I previously mentioned.
After four months, I have a minor problem urinating, means, after two months, there is some regrowth in the meato's side walls, which causes turbulence when I urinate. To deal with it, I sit on a pan or make sure the foreskin fully covered before go to pissing.
Share your valuable suggestions.

Stand up.like a man, and piss into toilet paper held close to your hole been doing it for years.

From last 2 3 weeks every time I tried to stand and piss with open head , it's like a spray, please tell how to manage it properly. It is really a problem now to maintain hygiene

Should I always covered with foreskin before pee?
Or should I cut 4 5 mm more meatotomy to proper piss?
Please don't ignore, please write your valuable reply. It will really helpful for me because I have to do circumcision in near future.

I cover the split glans with foreskin and can stand to pee. As soon as I uncover the glans, I spray everywhere including backward sometime.....

You are really very funny. But sometimes I also laugh when I pee standing position, it's a turbulence comes from side walls. Bcoz of I keep my penis head is always open, also at piss, even I have full foreskin. But after read your comment I have to trained again to cover it always. Hahahaha... Right?
But I am really wondering to cut another 5 mm as soon as possible, specially cut that hard muscle. Without crossthat muscle my meatoromy is still incomplete.

I am not sure, if I aleady finished cutting through that muscle/restriction part.
My plan was to stop the meato at a certain point and to cut sideways to get a nice "T" and separate the Urethra.
Actually every time I cut to the sides now, I also cut a bit at the old cut in the middle.
Especcially since some leftovers of the old frenulum seem to give room every time I cut at the sides. (I get a sensitive bubble in the middle, that disappears over the next weeks)

To cut it short: You never know when the meato is finished

Ha, ha, I do that sometimes too. Got no foreskin so I can't cover the glans when I piss. Sometimes I get as many as 4 streams going all at once. Most times I sit unless I'm outside or can cozy up to a urinal. Never had so much fun pissing before I modified my cock.

I just sit to piss, it's easier and stops you spraying piss everywhere around your toilet on the walls and floor.
But I found my urine stream changed with every cut and then again a few weeks after cutting when it was healed. I'd suggest trying to cut a little further because your stream probably won't improve at this point anyway. Cut further and hope for a better spray.

I cut another 4 5 mm on last week and after regrowth it remains about 3mm, now my pee flow little better, especially the turbulence almost vanished. I think I should cut little more about 3mm after regrowth.
