So update , i have been able to completely numb the glands with castration bands.. put numbing cream around the base of the glands and then stack 3 bands under it. Did two , one hour sessions and I took a little away. Then did a two hour session with a estim hooked up also. It was able to pretty much finish it off. I can only feel it if I pinch it hard now.. Going to do another 2 hours this weekend and try to completely finish it off. Its been a few weeks since the last banding and I have recovered no feeling like I have before with banding the base.
