For my part I do the opposite, I inject into the cock and it then goes down into the balls, so my cock has no tendency to go in and almost disappear

I do the exact same thing when i fuse. Odd time i infuse in just sac, but the cock is my preference.

Would love to see videos or pictures on how you're infusing into the shaft. Sounds incredible.

Looking great man! Must have been around the 20inch mark or so? 1L d5w and 1LD5NS probably get you around 23inch or so... i did 2L NS and 1L D5W last weekend and was up to 23inch sac only. Took me just over 3 days to get back to normal

I think I got up to 21" here. Amazing weight.

Be sterile. Be smart. Once you can get past the prick, the rest is easier.

I prefer Dextrose over saline. The sting with saline is just too intense for me. Start small. Don't push it too much. I did 500 ml to 700 ml to 1 L and so on. The more comfortable I got with everything, the easier and more enjoyable the process became.

Thank you! Only tried pumping. The stretch is probably from a combo of infusing and pumping. I'm enjoying my monster tube and long Johnny.
