It’s a leather adjustable strap I got at a local sex store. I can leave this guy on for max 45 minutes before it starts getting uncomfortable on the skin.

Doesn’t look like a hydrocele to me. Jut looks like a stretched out sack from pumping and infusing.

That’s how mine started and they just kept getting bigger
