@pumpingnow Did you split your lower glans intentionally or did it gradually tear over time with larger plugs. I'm comfortable at 12mm now but experiencing small lower glans micro tears as I move up to 12.5mm. I was contemplating doing a small cut to get ahead of the tears.

Nice job! I used to sound and I got up to a 12gauge. It was awesome. I could make my 10gauge go in and out with out touching it. Miss it.

Every now and then i do it. The slit is still there and i found that its not that hard to return to a lower size say 10mm. Included a pic of the slit.

My slit looks like yours, some small tears over the many years, it's gone a little off centre toward the bottom. I was thinking about making a small cut of 1-2mm to push it back in line again rather than going off further at an angle. I pump with a 12mm hollow plug in while stimming. Trying to get too 12.5mm but it's proving difficult.

I thought of the same. Mine is also a gradual tear. Every now and then I get my sharp finger nails and gently slice.
I had done any sounding for quite a while. The 10mm just went in without any trouble. I have a graduated one which i think is the vest to enlarge the hole.
It took me a long time to get to 11mm and a bit of pain. "No pain no gain"

Not pumping but sounding, stretching, weights & pulling..
3d printed hollow sound about 5 inches long 7/8 inch diameter.. .
3d print leaves tiny ridges around it. I use water based lube to get it in, then the lube disappears & the sound stays put.
I hung a weight on it.

I tried this for a change, the feeling is also quite different (more info in my signature).

I usually sounding with a 9mm urethral plug (10 is still too far...) or with a urethral dilator but it doesn't spread enough anymore. I have to twist it a bit to be able to reuse it (You can really feel the stretching feeling with it, wow).

I ordered another urethral dilator type plug in 25cm rod to pump with water.
I'll come back and show you that
