Yes that's the area I meant. It looked like an attached frenulum from the picture. Sorry for the misinterpretation. If you wish to go further you can cut down the middle but if the area was smooth it would be a lot easier extending below the glans.

Job well done. Wait to see how it all heals up before doing any corrections. You may find it looks great with the remainder of the PA hole as a stop.

This is my dream. Fantastic job. Please post more photos how it looks with opening glans . I have also PA stretched to 12mm , so I suppose that I could make also one short cut and I could have also opened glans .

Thank you for liking it. I don't see any problem with a meatotomy for you. Take out the heavy piercing for a few days so that the skin can recover. Then clamp it exactly in the middle. After an hour, cut it in the middle with very sharp, fine scissors. Done.

You will see, that there is always something to cut or remodel, as cutting seems so be addictive.

Thank you very much for the kind words. I am also really glad that I have finally dared to take this step. I can certainly imagine cutting a little more. A friend likes it so much that he lets me cut his existing meatotomy into a subincision.

In the meantime, I have removed the last bit of frenulum and corrected the scarring of the PA hole. I think I can be very happy with the result.

I did not use any anesthesia for this small incision.
