Just got the urge to refill my cock again. Put in another 30ml. This time all three syringes through only one hole right under the skin in the bottom. No I don't tie off. I did try it one time but almost ended up with a SL donut from the cock ring where the SL started to settle on each side of the ring. No what I do that I think helps the best is many smaller injections, and lots of massaging over the first 3 days after I inject the SL so that it's exactly where I want it when the body starts to encapsulate it. Are you still doing the single injection point? Getting ready to add more after a 5 month break, sitting at 7” girth from 8.25” after last injection. Def permanent size is 7 now but wanting to be between 7.5 and 8 permanently. Was doing individual injections per side before but one site seems like the better choice for sure

Yes I have been doing the 1 injection point the last few times and emptying all the syringes under the skin with the same needle. This has been working great for me. Less stabbing and bleeding, less bruising too. I just squirt it all in, swap out each syringe while holding the needle in place and then after they are all emptied underneath then I withdraw the needle and put my finger over the injection point and hold it tightly while I massage and force the gel where I want it to go under the skin. You have to squeeze it hard sometimes to get it to where you want. SL is super thick and it takes multiple sliding motions over the skin to get it where you want it. Plus if there are any adhesions it takes a medium amount of force to get the gel to go under / around them but it's been working great. Word to the uninitiated, the first few times you squeeze it around under the skin, you will hear the skin tearing/ripping off the adhesions. It's a noise you won't forget and might make you squeamish I know I was the first time like OMG what was that! It's like a air bubble popping/paper tearing noise but softer lol. But now that all the adhesions are gone there is no noise, just it flowing slowly. Sometimes I get my cock rock hard and put it on the counter in the bathroom and use that side as like a squeegee against my hand to have a firm surface to press my cock against if I get to a particularly difficult to push area.

I only use the multiple needles for injections If I am trying to touch it up or trying to get it symmetrical which you can't do as easily when squishing the gel around as it will just add to wherever it is pushed. I was having a hard time getting it on top of the penis by squeezing it up there so I used that as my main injection point and spread it out and down and around from the top. I have also had really good luck with gently warming the SL in a bowl of hot water for about 30 minutes ahead of time to help the viscosity go thinner when injecting. Less sting under the skin too or just my imagination.

lol, no scrotum injections for me. I have already a huge sack with long saggy balls already. That would be crazy to add SL to the sack for me. I accidently sit on them all the time as it is when they're warm. Such a Pain in the ass. After another huge 30 ml injection trying to get to 9in circumference, I had to squeeze most of it back out. It was looking great and then when I woke up a week later most of it had encapsulated into a golf ball size encapsulation on the right side of my cock. Didn't look good and made penetration impossible. Wife said to fix it so I did. Sterilized the entire penis 3 times with running alcohol and peroxide and used a 20 gauge needle to stab through the skin into the encapsulation. Wasn't hard at all. Not every injection will be perfect and not everyone will be able to grow over 8.5. inches in circumference. I have gone from 6in to 8 /8.5ish in circumference in about 4 years. It has been quite the journey learning all about the fun and nuances of sub q injections. I'm sure I could grow more but want my cock to stay looking as normal as possible. Will now only be adding small 5 ml adds from time to time for cosmetic looks as it breaks down.
