I’ve messaged a few times since 2020 in the small hope the shipping to Australia opens up. Unfortunately bullmasters are not shipping here as far as I understand esp with the above mentioned shortage. Will keep waiting to see if that improves.

It’s been ten days since I placed an order for items that were in stock, I’ve emailed and called with no response? Should I be concerned? They charged my card, but no sign of shipping yet.

I read on the invoice to call. I think maybe they are so backlogged with email inquiries they don't have the man hours to deal with that. I think they have a limited crew, it might only be 2 people? I would try calling them. I ordered a few seals and got them within a week. Out of stock items or backorder I should say can take a while, some a few months. Let us know what you find out!

Yea, blaming Covid is a bit weak, dude’s gotten a lot of money over the years, it’s been plenty of time to find a new supplier of cast acrylic stock or retool or remake the molds to use something else that’s available ready made.

Well Dave got back to me, and the order is in progress. Seems
They are short staffed. Good news is they are still in business! Could have been better communications.

Yeah I know. It’s been +/- 5 years, that “excuse” is more than a little stale. But dude won’t give any other excuse, so…….

Dave has not made any correspondence about my order in August for my BM357. I'm annoyed to say the least.

The EU was a good idea, it, along with many government regulations and institutions, creates barriers to free trade, and interferes with individuals being able to obtain products and goods.

Well I just got my 357 in the mail to my unexpected relief. I had just about given up hope.
