Slowly, training is having a positive effect. The VH has already grown quite a bit. It remains above the glans even in a stiff state.

i have same issue with top side of foreskin shorter then bottom.
Ive been tugging the top side to try to stretch it. It's been slowly getting better and the packing ideas of ping pong balls and other things is clever lol.
I will start doing that myself. whenever i get erect in tube my foreskin stays trapped below glans and swells up afterwards.

I have always struggled pumping with the foreakin over the head. The cylinder always pressing the foreskin back. I have always had a loose foreskin, i can put 4 fingers in between. But last tile i pumped i used a Oxball seal. Then i could manage to pump with my foreskin over my head, and it was awesome, with a 3,5" cylinder

i will continue doing like this, and train my foreskin

i have also 3D printed cups that i roll the foreskin over and stretces it

Yes guys, I think I know the problem, at least for me. As you can see, my "sac sail" (that's what I call it) goes quite far into the middle of the shaft. Thus, the pull at the bottom is stronger. An oxball can remedy this, such as norwayguy92 writes.
