Try making sure your pics are the right way up before posting and/or they could be too big. Try editing them down to 1.3MB of less and they should post the right way up.

Been a while, but I loaded just under a liter of more homemade 15% dextrose! This is just after infusion about 15 minutes ago, I will update with how big she gets this time

Does Dextrose make sealing the injection site harder? I've pumped as much as 1.5l of saline with no issues but the one time I tried it I was never able to get the site to seal and it leaked all night and I lost any gains.

That was a good instinct because you might have experienced a weeping bag from excess internal pressure.
Sorry I didn’t notice that you had made your own D15%.
My previous advice was unnecessary.
I would suggest using only 250ml of your home brew 15% so you can contain as much liquid as you can without migration.
How are you guys making the hime brew? Totally ignorant!
