That one there is for a seal that is actually 3D printed eh. How do you get that to seal between itself and the tube?
Size this to fit whatever straight tube you have.. could be adjusted with Sketchup to fit a BullMaster. I have a couple on 4"ABS tubes.
The tube is glued with epoxy or silicone sealant in the slot.

Hey pumping now, I downloaded your stl file. I'll be using 4"pvc pipe and the walls aren't as thick as abs piping so I tweaked the slot slightly, like 6mm smaller. I use blender as my 3d software. I'm just starting to mess around with it. To make a file like yours would take me some messing around, but a simple edit like I did is easy.
Long story made short, I ordered one with the tweaked file online. I'm not sure exactly when I'll get it in the mail but I'll let you know what I think after I get it and try it out.
Thanks

Bobbybass,
I have a bunch more files.
You might check dimensions on things. Sometimes I made tolerances to close. After a 12 hour print, a lot of filing was involved.
Think I'll start a new 3d print thread & upload some goodies for all. It just took a minute deciphering how to upload them.
Good idea using a print service, 3d printer filament harder to get now.

New homemade seal to reduce a 6.5 in opening on a plastic fish bowl. I HIGHLY recommend giving Proto-Putty a try for people on a budget.
Fish Bowl + one tube a silicone ~ $20 USD. Beats paying for a $200+ tube.

When you fill that fishbowl I wanna watch your contortions getting it off!
Make a helluva comedy routine!

You can also just use a silicone funnel. Cut off the smaller end, you have the perfect crease and seal. I got mine at homegoods but you can also buy them on Amazon.

Silicone funnel... good idea.
I loosely wrap my 'mons pubis' fat pad with 5/8" silicone tubing, then suck myself into 4" tube. Makes a '2-stage' without the hassle of getting out.

Hello I am currently trying to make a mold for casting. CAD is done. Now the shape is printed in 3d. And then filled with 2k silicone. I'll show photos here. When I finish the first one.
Hi,
Kannst du mir die Datei mal zu Schicken?
Bekomme demnächst evtl einen 3d Drucker und würde das gerne mal ausprobieren.
Danke
