Aren't those weights made of lead? I'd prefer not to use lead anywhere near my skin.

Sad to report that Thickwall Cylinders has closed down permanently. Supply chain issues, etc. Dude retired.

Costa, and anyone else attempting long term wearing of restricting devices to trap blood in the glands I highly advise not to. I did exactly this and caused narrowing on my penis where I would constrict the shaft. My glands reached massive proportions during and some time after removal but none of it was permanent in fact my glands got smaller as well, which I attribute to the blood flow restriction I caused on the shaft.

I believe growing the glands is one of the most difficult areas of the penis to grow permanently. I would recommend la pumps glands cylinder, compression hanging, jelqing, clamped jelqing and packing tubes.
