Re: A morning stretch
After my morning stretch, I wear a 2lb cast iron collar for the day.

Re: A moring stretch
Very impressive routine and nice results. How long have you been following this routine and is this an everyday thing?

I have been stretching on and off for a couple of years. Currently I am wearing a 1 inch slip collar about six days a week, day and night.

Were did you find the collar you wear? Two pounds cast iron, I have never seen one like that.

This is a picture when I was wearing a 1/2 inch collar 24/7 before I moved up to the larger collar.

Keep stretching and lets see some more pictures.

Thanks

Cock and ball stretching is a way of life! You can never have enough scrotum and foreskin.

Re: A moring stretch
Baccrkr. I have strectched off and on over the years. But not as intense as I have since 04/25/05. I try to strectch only Mon - Fri, weekends I don't. Since April I have done 32 days. The only way that I can measure my results is by weight. On 04/25/05 I could only lift 27 1/2 lbs for a min. Now it's 70lbs. You may ask why did I start this routine? It's due to Franky, he inspired me. The collars are from M S C Industrial Supply, they have a online catalogue. I checked their master catalogue dated 2003/2004, which I have, and sorry to say the cast iron collars are not listed. Give them a try anyhow. This type of collar is worth hunting for. They are easier to put on than the split collars with 2 set screws. I have modified the ones that I have. The 1 3/4 inch opening, would after a couple of hours start pinching my sack. So with my lathe I cut a taper. This puts more surface of the collar on my sack. No problem wearing all day long. I two collars 2lbs each. Sometimes I wear both. One has been modified into a parachute, as you can see by the pic. One more thing. The collars are Cad plated. Sand off the plating, wear a mask, and repaint with your favorite color.
