This was 2 liters of regular saline and 700ml of 5%0.9Nacl all in one sitting.

Hi how do you place it? I can't do it when just the needle no worries

Actually. I mixed this session up with my session the week before. I believe this session was solely two liters of dex 5%0.9nacl over a 24 hour period. I did it in about 500ml-800ml increments at a time. I’ll get the pics from this past weekend when I did the 2 liters of saline plus the 700ml of dex 5%0.9nacl in one sitting. This swelled nicely as well.

They’re everlast hand wraps.

I can wear them for a while but like anything, they can get uncomfortable with the kind of swell I strive for.
