Well the doctor created a bit of a channel for me that directs the pee forward sort of towards the bottom of my scrotum and besides when you sit on the toilet seat it naturally spreads your butt cheeks a little to prevent your legs from restricting the flow.

Have you tried just squatting to pee? When I am in public restrooms I usually squat over the seat and not sit on it. Same thing if I have to go while out in the woods. Have you tried peeing standing with your legs just spread apart?

I have tried standing and so far I have little to no control over aim due to the way the doctor designed the new opening it’s very far back behind my scrotum.

as far as the peeing you might try bladder control panties like i do if your are having post pee drips

Yes everything is ok been having challenges with my wife she is not very supportive. I’m signed up for laser hair removal with the VA they will do face and groin and voice training. I’m not dressing female yet because I’m only 3 months HRT and still look very much like a male. There have been no facial changes. I’ve got some breast growth maybe an A cup but I’m not shaving yet mostly due to the wife.

i t wil take about a year and a half and you will see some boobs and maybe 3

you also start to feel twinges in your chest thats the skin and muscles stretching its normall i ahd it too your areolas should start to turn fro abrown color to a pink and the egdes should get a softer look they should also ge bigger. i went from a nickle size to a little over a quarter and will get way more sensitive

after 6 months on hrt what you have you keep even if you stop i have been off 14 years and still have what i have now 44c from 40c from getting fatter

they didnt do groin hair removal before your surgeries may ias are you going to have any sort of vagina
