What is making it more comfortable? is it the inside diameter?

Ah, what I meant was that the pump expands my testicle and makes the skin thicker. The result is that the sack, and more specifically the right nut is less likely to get sucked into the vall weight, which hurts alot. Like someone stepped on it. The pump just sucks on the part of the balls that are sticking out of the weight. I use 36 ID for all my weights, any narrower and my balls start to turn purple.

This is the second ball bump I have built to help keeping my 4.4lb weight in place. It looks like I may need to build a new one since I have reached the end of the tube and now my balls plug up the vacuum hole.

I have reached a new milestone on my journey. I have officially gone 1 week now of wearing my ball weight 24 hours a day. I sleep in it now. I pump 15 minutes in the morning, 15 minutes around lunch time and 15 minutes in the evening and it has been great. No more discomfort. I am going to try and keep this up for two weeks at least and afterthat who knows. I would like it to be permenant, only removing for cleaning as needed.

Where are you buying weights with a large inner diameter?
My sack is very thick, but I would like a better hang.
