I am curiuos about using dialators to expand the uretha. The question is how long shoud one leave one size inplace before removing it and or attempting the next larger size. Also what sort of sensations should be felt when the uretha has stretched out to accomodate the larger size?

try this. it is very cheap and allows you to measure your progress. go to your drug and buy "hair pins" and the larger size pins called "roller pins". now at the tip of the pins you will notice they bend outward, use needle nose pliers and bent this tips in. please note that you need to cover the pliers teeth with tape before you do this. you do not want to cause burs on the metal roller/hair pins (it will cut your urethara). now bent the pins open wide. i put a hair tie or some sort of rope on the u bent of the pin (if your penis is flaccid when you insert it, and you then get enrection the pin will stay in place and your penis will grow around it and you may lose the head of the pin in you penis so you need an emergacy cord in case you need to pull it out). now using the pliers (or hemostats if you can get medical supplies) again to grip the pin at the u-bent slide the pin into you penis and let go with the pliers the tension will open it up again. you will see that over time you will be able to get more and more pins into your urethara. you will also be able to put one in vertically and then get one in horizontally for a super stretch then keep adding. these can stay in hours once you get comfertable with it (don't forget to lube them up, something long lasting like petroleum jelly if you keep them in for long periods). you can put the pins at various depths for over all stretching. last thing you need to know, make sure you use the pliers to bent them closed again before taking them out or you rip your urethara, i know this from experience !!!! hope this helps and have fun.
