Ky injection at a young age?

As I mentioned before, the update is here. I have injected both Saline and KY-gel in the past few days.

On Friday afternoon, I injected a small amount of Saline, it was only 100ml. I did it to prepare the area for the KY-gel injected the next day. (In my opinion, it is effective to inject saline before KY, because it helps the KY to spread smoothly and evenly) I also made a video about the saline injection, which I would like to share with those who read this thread, to pique your interest a little. As for the KY injection on Saturday. I did that too. I injected 30ml, which I already mentioned earlier.
Digression: everyone on this forum who injects KY gel has the same problem (as I noticed). I also often have trouble getting the gel in. Many of you (like me) have tried a larger needle size, but then the hole was very difficult to close. That's why I thought I should mix saline with the KY gel. This method worked, because it really made the injection easier, but in many cases my palm still hurt. I read on the forum that some people use a syringe gun to make it easier to inject KY.

On the other hand, I made an injection gun from a clamp using 3D printing technology, which I tried out for the first time in real life. And a video was made of it, which I would also like to share with you. In the video, I use this syringe gun to inject KY. This has proven to be very effective for me.

So I am currently at the point where I have injected 745ml of KY gel so far and I would like to add another 90ml this year. I am curious to see how much will be left for the new year. I also have plans for the new year. It is possible that I will double this year's total by the end of next year.

OMG no. Just no my friend. You are in the entire wrong layer of skin for injections, when you can see the injection bolus bubble up like that in the skin like that, you are injecting into the superficial skin layers (epidermis or superficial dermis). This is how you give yourself necrosis. You need to be right under those layers in the subcutaneous layer, specifically into the space between the superficial fascia (Dartos layer) and the deeper fascia (Buck's fascia). The penile dermis is wayyyy too thin to accept filler(KY or SL) at that depth, which is why a deeper plane must be used. IMHO take this video down before someone gets injured or use it as a primer of where NOT to inject.

I am convinced that the needle was not too much in the upper layer of the skin. Unfortunately, my skin is quite transparent, so if I go deeper, it will still look like this. Usually this is how I always do the injections, and there has been no necrosis yet. But despite all this, I will take your advice and remove the videos from behind the links. You're right. I don't want anyone to get hurt because of me. (All this despite the fact that I was not get hurt either.)

I ask everyone who reads this post to take flcomputer_man advice and if you want to avoid necrosis, do not inject into the upper layers of the skin.

I injected for the first time today and posts like yours really helped me make informed decisions. Please don't be put off from posting and keeping us informed by any comments that may have been "off-putting" , both you and the guy who suggested it be removed meant well, so please continue. It's all about helping each other out through our experiences

Lately I haven't had time to inject, but I've been pumping for a few days. This sometimes helps the filler to settle better. (at least it helped me). So I massaged and pumped the past few days.

I'm very happy with the results I've achieved and will have an update coming soon where I plan to add another 60cc KY gel.

I would like to achieve a semi-permanent size that is similar to the 100/300cc size.

I hope everyone on this forum is having a good time and is healthy.

I also attach some pictures of the results of the pumping. My final result is not too great, but I think it went well compared to 45 minutes of pumping.

Last week I had time to make further additions. Images were taken 3 days after injection. The swelling was reduced and the substance was settled. I massaged it to spread the KY gel more evenly.

In my opinion, a nice shape was achieved, and the size was quite surprising. I enjoy my larger size package. I love the feeling that I can barely fit into my old underpants. Over the years, I have injected a total of 925ml of KY gel.

I'm trying to pump it these days to help the material settle down. In my experience, this is an effective method.

Finally, I added the planned 60ml of KY gel, nothing more or less. However, I feel like I'll be ready to add more soon. I don't know yet how much to inject, and I was thinking about adding the larger amount in several rounds. If you have experience in this, please help me. Either here, in a reply or in a DM.

I try to share my experience with others and I ask everyone to use KY gel very carefully. Size growth is important, but health is more important to enjoy a big package.

It's been over a week since my last injections.
I'd like to share my results now. The size of the swelling decreased slightly as the water content of the ky-gel began to absorbed. The size is still nice big and very enjoyable for me.

I don't like to share pictures where you can see almost my whole body, but I managed to take some of them that I would like to show. In one of the pictures you can see how my bulge looks in gray boxer shorts.

And I'll also share a before and after picture where you can see my progress. In the picture on the left, it was 0cc ky-gel.

After a two-month break, I’ve now started continuing the injection of KY gel again. I injected a larger amount, 70 ml of KY gel, distributed 20/50 ml into the skin of the penis and scrotum. Compared to my previous doses, this is a larger amount, since so far I have injected 50–60 ml in a 10/50 ml distribution.
Furthermore, I have reached 1045 ml, this is how much I have injected in total over 3 years. (I have been using KY gel since 2023.)
The swelling last night, after the injection, was enormous, I felt a slight tightness. By this afternoon, however, it had subsided. In my observation, during the summer periods the body absorbs the moisture sooner. I think this is due to the hot weather. (In the area where I live, a temperature of 35 °C was measured in the past week.)
Lately I’ve been wearing thong underwear in the great heat, whose front part is enlarged so there is room for the big balls. My pants still conceal the huge bulge fairly well for now, but I’m afraid that once I reach the full 2000 ml of KY gel injections, the bulging will already be noticeable in any pants.

According to my observations, about 20%–25% of the injected amount becomes permanent in my body (of course this amount may differ from person to person). This means that from the 1045 ml of gel injected so far I may currently have gained a permanent size of roughly ~200–260 ml.

If the bruising and swelling subside, I will share pictures with you here.

As I promised, I will now share the pictures. I took the injection at the end of the previous month. The swelling has subsided, the bruises have disappeared, it seems that everything has been settled. In my opinion, the size will not be drastically reduced over time. This will be my constant size from now on.
