Pumping with saline or n2o?
Has anyone tried this?
Like ether fill then pump, or pump then fill while still pumping?

Re: Pumping with saline or n2o?
infusing saline and then pumping works well enough. I've done it. you may need to
a) use super glue to keep the infusion wound from leaking
b) use low pressure to avoid blistering
c) pump WITHOUT WATER and keep the wound covered with antiseptic ointment, to prevent infection.
So it's a bit extra work.
Pumping after N2O would just pull the gas back out through the wound, unless it was well sealed (see above). Never done that, doesn't seem like it would give any results.

I always wondered if you could get pumping and start to infusing right at the base of the cylinder and let the draw in the fluid or gas instead of trying to hold it in with a tie off.

Re: Pumping with saline or n2o?
I have done saline and pumped after. Generally, I try and keep the tube away from the infusion site. As mentioned above, to avoid potential infection risks. And that's cock only, if I wasn't clear. No way I'd pump full package unless I had a fucking huge cylinder
But pumping cock only after usually been my MO when pumping after saline and it's to pull more saline to my cock from my scrotum. Use a lot lower pressure than you would normally pumping and take frequent breaks, it's super easy to overdo it because, at least for me the migration happens fairly quickly and you can feel yourself 'filling' up the tube.
The thought of having the tube draw fluid in is also tempting. Especially since I've seen a few guys use the infusion site farther up on the pubic pad and let gravity infuse it down into your package. The infusion site that way is allegedly a lot easier to seal up and deal with than one in your sac. So in theory, this would also probably allow you to infuse while pumping assuming it was high enough to not interfere with the cylinder at all.

Re: Pumping with saline or n2o?
results from my last session (1L D5 in 0.45% NaCl)
You can see the bandage I have over the infusion wound. I infuse above my goods (been doing this method for a while). Pumping helps move the fluids down where I want them to go.
Cheers,
Russ.

Re: Pumping with saline or n2o?
OH MY GOD, I tried n2o with pumping, it was amazing.
I will be buying a better tube, like now. Just wow.
Literately filled my tube up. it felt great. Grated I need a bigger one anyway.
I tried to pump and then infuse outside the tube, it worked okay
Then I released the tube, filled up with n2o, then put it back on. PERFECT.
Absolutely agree with a injection point outside the pump zone.
Now I just need one of those flared big clamp together tubes like above.
I need one that will work for balls only though, anyone have suggestions?

Re: Pumping with saline or n2o?
Hmm I don't know why I never thought of trying this. My little 'valve' can handle high pressure so I wonder if I fill up and then let it seal, then pump my sac would technically act like a gas reservoir as it gets sucked up into my shaft. If it starts to suck the gas out of it I'll just super glue the two open spots shut.
XD Yeah this is in my future now. Honestly I've grown (no pun intended) a bit bored of infusions so this might be the hot sauce I need to re-ignite the practice.

I infused out side the pumping area, both to keep the Injection site sterile and to prevent the leaking.
Oh, and oh dear god, it has lasted longer, felt better than I have ever done, seriously need bigger tube

Welp my tube immediately filled. And it worked exactly as I thought, sucked the nitrous out of my sack right up into it.
I used my normal 'self-sealing' spot on my shaft, no issues leaking while it was in the tube once I gave it a few minutes to clot.
