Years ago, I read about a gay man from Cologne, the owner of a gay bar, who had his scrotum cut open and then had a seamless ring placed around the vas deferens of each testicle. The incision was then sutured closed.
So he had permanent rings in his scrotum.

Has anyone ever done that? I’m curious.

Having the testicles themselves permanently pierced inside the scrotum would probably be too risky; it would have to be done under clinical sterile conditions, meaning opening the scrotum, removing the testicles, piercing them, putting them back in the scrotum, and suturing it up.

Die Hoden selbst im Sack dauerhaft gepierct zu haben dürfte zu riskant sein, das müsste klinisch steril gemacht werden, also Sack öffnen, Hoden herausholen, piercen, zurück in den Sack und vernähen.

Noch nie gehört, aber klingt auf jeden Fall sehr interessant. Es muss natürlich äußerst steril gearbeitet werden. Es darf keine Allergie gegen das Material bestehen und mit Metalldetektoren oder MRT-Untersuchungen hat man ein Problem. Ist ganz sicher ein intensives Gefühl, wenn der Ring auf dem Hoden aufliegt und beweglich ist. Keine Ahnung, ob das langzeittauglich ist. Hat natürlich auch Gefahrenpotenzial.

I've never heard of it, but it certainly sounds very interesting. Of course, it has to be done under extremely sterile conditions. There can't be any allergy to the material, and it's problematic with metal detectors or MRI scans. It's definitely an intense sensation when the ring rests on the testicle and is movable. I have no idea if it's suitable for long-term use. It certainly has potential risks.

We had to cut him open again, remove the rings, find the ball, and take it out, then put in new ones—I think they were seamless rings made of surgical steel or titanium.

For me, it would have a special kick. It is a very special jewelery that remains invisible. For a partner, it creates an intersting sensation to take the testicles in the hand, feel the ring through the scrotum, and be able to move it with the fingers.
For the wearer, too, it is a pleasurable sensation to feel something moving inside the scrotum, thereby stimulating the testicles.

The rings should not fit tightly against the spermatic cords, but rather sit loosely around them. I think an inner diameter of 8–10 mm and a wire thickness of 3 mm would be a good size.

After reading about how prisoners get vasectomies in Indian prisons, for early release and good behaviour, this interested me a lot. Is anyone on here attracted by the idea of getting sterilised, maybe for strengthening their gay or straight relationship? Or could a man who wanted an orchidectomy be satisfied with a vasectomy? For a while, at least. Either way, it's really easy to get one, and on the NHS in UK.

I had a vasectomy done many years ago because I was tired of being concerned about fathering more children. The wife began to have issues with BC and had a little surprise to tell me once. She miscarried and I got snipped. You can still feel the little clamps at the end of the cord.

I really wish that the testicles weren't connected with hormones because I really don't need them anymore for sperm and they are a real nuisance. I never want to loose my sex drive as it is the one great thing in life that is free. I also don't the side effects of loosing the hormones as they have many factors with body health. I also don't want to take supplements for the rest of my life.

I wish there was a way to put them back up inside the body since I'm not concerned about sperm.
