Yet Another Testicle Surgilube Post

Hey all. It's been a while.

I finally took the plunge and joined the ranks of folks injecting SL in their nuts. Tonight was the first go and I did 4ml left and 4ml right. I used 21ga needles on 10ml syringes (the smallest I had on hand). As others have reported it was way easier than expected other than the mental hurdle. There was nothing notable about pushing the needle in other than a slight sensation like my nuts were being squeezed as the tip went in the testicle itself. I had the same sensation when pushing the SL in if I went too fast.

All in all, this is something I'll continue. 5ml syringes will be used on the next round. Maybe I'll finally get the two big nuts look I wanted when I did all the sack injections a few years back. Like last time, I'll report the good and bad along the way in this thread. Thanks to the trailblazers over the last year or two who've shared their experiences.

I’m amazed that nobody has gotten seriously ill or had to go to the hospital yet from directly injecting surgilube into the testes. I’m seriously concerned about the long term effects of this such as on the endocrine system. How does it affect sperm production or testosterone? What if you nick a blood vessel and cause an embolism (which is already possible when you’re not injecting directly into the testes)? In my mind this all seems like an unnecessary risk. If you don’t care about destroying your balls, then you could get castrated and have silicone implants put in.

Well, I waited two weeks to make sure all was well and did another top up. 5ml in each nut this time with 5ml syringes and 21ga needles. Went smooth like the first time. Swell took about half a day to start but they've stayed swelled for 2 days now. I'm expecting size to decrease throughout the day a bit. Like others have reported there's a slight "kicked in the nuts" feeling for the first 24-48 hours. My guess is that it's associated with when they're swelled. The picture is right after waking up this morning. This is definitely the shape I was going after last time.

Sorry I didn't take any starting pics. Rough sizes and changes so far:

My right nut started about the size of a queen olive (1-1.25" long) and my left started like a small grape (3/4" long). After the first fill they both swelled to about 1.75" then settled at 1.5". After the second fill they swelled up over 2". Nearly golf ball sized. I plan on continuing for a bit but absolutely not going as far as last time. 2.5-3" long balls seems reasonable. One small issue is it's harder to tuck SL balls than a SL sack due the to the tenderness. Baseball, softball, or mango sized nuts would be way more difficult to hide in public than what I did last time at 19-20" around.

Congrats Squirrel on jumping in! I started almost exactly where you started, and got very similar gains. However, my left nut seems to swell half as much as the right, and shrinks down faster. Nothing to do but keep adding as necessary and hope to overcome!
Hopefully RegretfulPinecone is wrong, but it's possible he's not getting the point of a bio-hacking forum like this. Also possible the knitting and crochet forum might be a safer fit for him...

Update 4.5 days after the second injection. They're still growing! Both are about 2.5"+ long now. Think small lime in size. Both are very tender but the left is to the point I'd call it painful. Any transition between sitting and standing hurts the left one quite a bit. I'm not quite ready to say something has gone wrong yet, but the thought has crossed my mind.

To RegretfulPinecone's points. I had a vasectomy years ago so sperm production doesn't matter. If T becomes an issue it seems easy enough to get supplements for that nowadays. And yes, I don't particularly care if I lose my balls. I've been researching Neuticles for years as the implant option if things head that way.

I'll try to get pics later tonight of how they've continued to swell. I'd also like to show the extra skin that's left from the huge hydrocele I drained. The underside of the right side my sack looks like it has its own empty sack back there. . It's mildly in the way when using the restroom at times but wildly useful for huge Dex infusions.

I hve had this reaction and massive swelling at my first injection.
One week later my left balls starts sweeling enourmous and began to hurt.
I took 800mg Ibu twice a day, that helped aganist the pain and more swelling.
So i decided to use my 18ga needle and sucked out about 10ml of fluid with the syringe.
I wanted to avoid the step to an ER or doctor, answering stupind questions.

The pressure went down immediately and the swelling went back down to normal.
Few month later, no problems with another injections.
Sometimes the body needs some help.

You can pinch them with a needle and squize or suck out with surringe.
That might be a bit tough to squize, but it should work.

Update 12 days after injection #2.

Injecting in my nuts isn't going quite to plan. My left nut has shrunk to about the size of a golf ball. Pretty much what I would expect after 2x5ml injections. My right nut is still the size of a lime and very firm. It got to the size of a lemon a couple days after my last post. I also noticed that the right side epididymis and vas deference near it were extremely swelled until a couple days ago. This caused a very noticeable pain like my nut was being pulled up until a couple days ago.

The other surprise is that the swelled cords going up into my abdomen via the inginuial canal seem to have allowed fluid to start refilling my old hydrocele. My sack is currently between 15-16" around depending on how I measure. My hope is now that the cords have mostly shrunk back down the path for fluid to fill the hydrocel is also closing up. I plan to give it a few more days and then drain the hydrocele again.

The overall current size is unhideable and causing clothing issues again that I was hoping to avoid. My wife isn't happy about the social aspect of my bulge but it has been enjoyed in the bedroom.

Until my overall sack is smaller testicle injections will be on pause. I'll post pics here and there to show how everything is evolving.
