Looks good. Do you have a single seal or do you have a seal on the inner surface and the outer surface?

The bulkhead fittings I use have two seals included that may be larger than what your STJ included. I carefully add a tiny amount of silicone to the sealing face of the fitting, add a seal on top of the silicone, add silicone to the face of the seal and then install this to inside of the tube/sphere. I then add silicone to the outside of the tube/sphere then add the outer seal and nut. I loosely install the nut and tighten it later.

Like any gasket, the silicone should set up a little before tightening the nut or the seals will squish out. The minimum amount of silicone possible.

I mask the tube/sphere to keep the surface silicone free.

It's is like a gromet, came with the drink dispensers. I bought two of them as they were on sale.

I added a washer to the outside and it sealed it up good.

This is on a big jar with a 3 and 3/4 " opening. Not alot of room for balls to grow, but I can keep my cock ring behind the seal, which is how I have got my best results so far.

The Ikea is a nice vessel but my cock doesn't seem to get hard in it like I can get it with the smaller jars.

Hey just wanted to say thanks for this link. This bulkhead fitting pairs perfectly with my STJ from Target, as well as my Colder valve.

After some searching, screwing and gluing (just kidding) I made a plastic STJ conversion fitting from buying separate parts.

Why pay $50 when you can do it yourself?
