If I was in your position, I would be happy to have survived without greater losses (Except the balls).
I once injected alcohol into the shaft. As it was not deep enough, just underneath the skin, I got necrosis, a big hole in the foreskin and all the stuff.
That was the point when I decided, that my cock has to die another way, but not by injections.

Re: Inject Calcium Chloride into testicles
I removed my glans but didn't want to deal with injections, necrosis or any of that adding to the discomfort. So little by little I cut it off. It was healed in a couple days after the final cut. Not saying anyone else should do it as it is very risky but I studied and learned what I needed in advance. It still has to be less risky with less discomfort than injecting chemicals into the body to destroy human flesh.

Surpringsly after the large outer necrosis fell off. The skin pulled together and after 2 months healed together...
But the abcess doesn't seem to like having no hole to sipper out through. So right now it looks like almost a pingpong ball (the abcess).
I had been considering injecting mold into them. To cause infection, sepsis or further damage. So they might be more concerned. But stopped at that idea because that seems hard to control, dangerous and also I wanted "clean mold" not some found in a bad place.
Ironically on friday 13th I found BLUE mold in my clean dishwasher.... Didn't know mold could grow on plastics in a clean environment... I think it is mold at least.. I never seen blue mold anywhere before..
Since I presented itself to me. Im considering putting a small amount into water and inject it into the scrotum or testicles.
No idea if its enough. Hope it is blue mold. Don't know what else. Im really curious to see how it turns out if I do it
One issue is that the testicles are so damaged a syringe can't penetrate without force. And not inject fluids. But I guess I could inject into the scrotum in general. And rely on the mold finding the dead parts and escalate it from there
