You could accomplish the same thing (but faster) with a can of freon for recharging auto air conditioners. I did that to my penis glans a couple times. I was able to frost it over without damaging the skin.

I have done this with my cock and my balls. Have gotten my balls to freezing . They felt like hard ice cubs. Had them banded and in ice water for 45 minutes or more.
