Inflatable breast expanders

Have you please heard about implants/expanders that you can (yourself) inflate and deflate (with saline) as per your wish? I pump some time with saline with satisfactory results, but now seek something more permanent / sophisticated 😉

Right, they could be also deflated? I woul like to go from zero to full and than back.

I particularly like the conversion process 😉
