I have a question that's been bothering me for a long time, and I've never received a clear answer. I've been following many threads about KY and in several of them I've read that "Silicone has an oily consistency and can block veins, but KY dissolves in the blood, so there's no risk of embolism." I understand that large amounts of KY in veins would certainly be a problem, but can small amounts accidentally get there actually simply dissolve in the blood and not block blood vessels? True or false?

Yes it is going to dissolve, it's water soluble. Dissolves with ease. SL injections aren't going to do anything crazy either as the amount of pressure you'd have to exert to inject it into a vein would let you know something isn't right. It's also way too thick to go into a vein unless you're blindly injecting into an artery. Been injecting KY for 2 years. SL for 5 years. If you want a softer shaft that you have to constantly keep refilling use KY. If you want a firmer thicker semi permanent dick, use SL. After enough injections though both seem to hang around longer and longer as the body gets used to their presence there is less and less of a injection reaction (fever/swelling). Especially swelling and encapsulation. When I first started doing KY injections, it would last about 2-3 weeks max before the immune system would clean it out and flush it out through the lymph system. So I had to keep refilling the same areas. Each injection I added more and more until I was "ahead" of the immune system cleaning the old stuff out.
Very little got encapsulated. Got tired of that and switched to SL injections. From the beginning I liked it better. Thicker gel, stayed where you put it with very little migration. Lasted much longer like 2 months in-between refills, the body starts encapsulating it immediately up to around 4-5 days you can keep massaging it into place where you want it before the body locks it down and full encapsulates it. It is nice and FIRM under the skin like real connective tissue. I didn't like that KY felt squishy to me under the skin and KY you could move for weeks under the skin like it was water. Hope this helps, always pull back on the plunger before injecting, if you see blood move the needle over a tiny bit that's all.
Pain means you're hitting something, nerve, blood vessel etc move the needle. Good luck! Lots of other pros on here been doing it way longer then me though that can chime in as well. Smaller injections more frequently will give you what you're looking for. Don't go crazy with massive injections. You need to get the body used to it or you're gonna have a bad day with the swelling and skin stretching out and the fever that normally accompanies the injections. No more then 10ml at a time for a newbie and really unless you've been doing it a long time no more then 20ml a day. Let things settle down before injecting more or you risk deforming yourself and the body encapsulating a huge swollen balloon animal. I find gently wrapping the shaft in a gauze roll the first few days keeps the shaft swelling evenly all the way around instead of a huge bubble coming out the side.
