Surgilube swell size?

You need a custom, 3D printed cylinder.

Most likely. Designing the top part to be 2 pice would be a bit difficult but if someone came up with that, it would be amazing because if you get stuck, won’t matter because the 2 piece would be removable and boom slide right out. I wonder if LA tubes is working on something like that?

I'm pretty sure you would have to have it custom made. There just aren't enough people reaching these sizes to justify the production.

Fortunately, the files are already out there. You just have to find someone to print it out of ABS or something strong and skin safe.

I’ve seen that but I mean like a 2 stage. Having the first stage able to separate and then you just pull out easy on the 2nd stage. But you are correct. Most of the people that pump don’t get that big. Plus a 3.35” opening is too small for me, the LA tube I use now has a 5” opening which to me is about perfect, for me.

That looks great! But i wouldn't be able to get that ring off. 3.5” entry and it’s plastic so no stretching. I wonder if they could make that into a two piece that separates?

What causes the growth exactly? You inject the SL in the membranes surrounding the testicles and it causes them to swell up, but why and how?
Is it basically creating a huge hydrocele? Are it the tissues themselves swelling? Is it all fluid? What's going on?

And has there ever been any kind of medical investigation into this phenomenon? Does the world of medicine even know this happens when you inject Surgilube into testicles' membranes?

I did not inject the testicles. Most of us fill the sac up with SL or KY, then the body encapsulates it. Over time your skin stretches more and more the more you add. Encapsulated, it swells up almost as much as when you first inject. So it makes you swell bigger and bigger the more you use. SL is used for stretching skin in the same manner for surgical reasons as well as a lubricant for tools or catheters.

I’ve seen it. I feel uncomfortable doing that, as they are complex and you could cause self sterilization. But I don’t need to be bigger when I’m not pumped, I’m already 16.5” unpumped. My goal of stretching my sac skin more was achieved greatly so when I pump I get enormous when I feel the need. If I had injected the testicles too.. be way too big lol.
