Told someone about my hobby, and it went better than expected

Post by Someguyoverthere »

Until yesterday, I had only ever told one person about me and scrotal infusion—and that was my doctor, because of a lump scare I had earlier this year. After an ultrasound, it turned out to be just a small cyst, which I think is gone now. I definitely messed up explaining it at the time because of nerves, and I had never told anyone before, but that’s over and done with and not the main story.

So yesterday I decided to finally pull the trigger and get scrotox. While waiting for the numbing cream to do its thing, the PA and I went over all the details. She asked why I was interested in scrotox. I told her partially for the aesthetics, but mainly to relax my dartos muscle—because when it shrinks, it causes discomfort and gets hella itchy. She mentioned that she has another client who gets it for similar reasons, and that he actually has it covered by insurance. Definitely something I’ll have to look into.

Amongst all the details, she brought up the needle and the possible pain/prick/discomfort. Before I even realized it was out of my mouth, I told her I was no stranger to needles in that area. That clearly caught her off guard. She immediately asked what I meant, so I told her—I explained that I perform scrotal infusions. She asked what that was, and I told her that I “inject” (wrong word, I know) dextrose into my scrotum. That led to more questions and discussion, which I’ll try to remember here (might be slightly out of order, but you’ll get the gist).

She reiterated: “You inject liquid in there?” I said yes. The look on her face—caught off guard but curious—was definitely not subtle. She asked if I had it done by someone else or if I did it myself. She seemed either amazed, impressed, or something else at the fact that I self-administer. She asked why, and I explained I do it for the aesthetics of having bigger balls, the feeling of the weight, and the swing when they’re that big. Even then (and still now), I find it hard to fully articulate all the nuances of why I enjoy this hobby.

In my explanation, I mentioned that I do anywhere from half a liter to a full liter of fluid, depending on whether it’s D5, D10, or lactated Ringer’s. Her jaw dropped and she exclaimed, “You inject a LITER?!” I nodded and confirmed. I explained that the amount depends on size (obviously), and that there are differences in swelling between D5, D10, and LR. She asked how long it lasts, and I told her: about 1–2 days for LR and 3–4 days for Dex.

I told her that if the conversation was too awkward or uncomfortable, we could stop—but she was clearly intrigued. She had never heard of this before, which I find interesting considering she sticks needles into men’s scrotums for a living.

At that point, I pulled out my phone and asked if she wanted to see a picture, since she was still trying to wrap her head around it. I showed her a photo from my last session (500ml of D10 followed by 500ml of D5 about 20 hours later). The first pic I showed was with Wildman T Monster Pouch underwear on. She commented on how large it was, and her tone sounded like she had a little more understanding of why I do it. Then I pulled up an exposed pic and explained it was explicit—she didn’t object. I showed her, and again she seemed surprised by the size and even said as much.

She then asked if part of the reason I was doing scrotox was to be able to get bigger. I said I hadn’t thought of that, but she theorized I might be able to after it takes effect. I also told her I pump, and that my biggest problem while pumping is the shrinking. She responded understandingly to that.

We kept talking a little more, though I can’t remember all the details. What stood out to me most was seeing her reaction—the confusion, curiosity, bewilderment, and maybe even awe. I know we have this community and others like Reddit to share with, but experiencing that face-to-face was exciting. And when I say “exciting,” I don’t mean in a creepy way. I mean in the sense that I finally got to share my interest in this hobby with someone in person.

Overall, it was a really interesting experience. I do wonder if she’ll end up sharing the story with her colleagues. Part of me would like the chance to talk with her about it more, since the interaction was so positive, and I know I didn’t cover everything in the heat of the moment. But it’ll be at least four months before I go back—if the results justify the $675.

With confidence anything can be discussed in my experience. :) Awesome to hear that was positive for you. But be careful who you tell! I remember first explaining this to my partner and its created a monster who calls me his personal balloon.

let us know if you gain more, or the results last longer after the scrotox procedure.

It was a med spa. They had specific advertisement for Scrotox. Message them for information and they were very friendly and answered all my questions over a phone consultation. I ended up getting 75 units last Saturday.

I have noticed I get slack/looser more often. One of the reasons I got it was itching during severe shrinkage, which was often. Now I haven't had a severe shrinkage since. Obviously time will tell, it can take up to 2 weeks to notice full results.

I am going to wait till next week before I try infusing. I did a bit of pumping leading up to the appointment. I seem to get worse shrinkage from pumping. But I am holding off on pumping because I am going to a urologist for consideration for cremaster muscle release in a few weeks.
