I would like to start with injections in my balls

Hi everyone, I'm an Italian guy. I'd like to try injecting saline into my scrotum. I already have the equipment. I'd like to know if there are any particular things I should be aware of. If there's any Italian guy out there who can help me, I'd be very grateful.
