Another Surgilube Experience AND Warning

Yup, I'm still around and all is well. I'm trying to keep the updates in this thread to my Surgilube experience. Nothing really to report since August but I am thinking about doing some very small top up adds in my shaft in the not too distant future.

Update!

I finally added more SL after about a half year. Life has been amazing after draining the 50oz (1480ml) of fluid from the hydrocele but it was time for a bump. Added 60ml to my sack split L/R and 20ml to my shaft split between 6 spots all ahead of my circumcision scar toward the glans.

The swell was crazy in my shaft. 12 hours in was big. 36 hours in my skin was tight all around. Maxed out just shy of 11.5" around. My balls swelled a fair amount the first few days but really took off with some rough play. I maxed out at 17" balls earlier today. Starting to reduce a little now. I was between 13-14" before the add. I'm happy but also looking forward to when the swell is finally done. Hoping for balls in the 14-15" range.

Life is still good now that the huge size is gone. Bedroom is excellent as well but she was a little uncomfortable after this new add. Once the swell is done we should be back to the same fun we've been sharing the last 6+ months.

No adds. Social and bedroom life is great. Still much bigger than natural. About 8"+ shaft, and 13-14" balls with a very noticable area of extra skin on the bottom right side where I drained my hydrocele. Underwear, pants, and oversized shirt choices are still dictated by wanting to appear "normal".

Still pump my cock about 1-2 times a month but the gains are more like pre surgilube now. Haven't added SL, dex, or saline since the last update but I really have the itch for a big dextrose fill up. Just have to find the right time to have 2-3 days to be able to avoid family and social responsibilities.

100%!!! More size is still on my mind every day. Will it affect the bedroom/relationship? Will it affect my customer facing work? WHEN will it be noticed/questioned by my young kids about to go into sex ed? I had to adjust my passion/fetish to not lose the life I've built. Weirdly, it goes back to advice I got from my grandpa as a kid. "Everything is fine in moderation".

I got as big as I could when there was no interest in the bedroom, worked from home, and the kids were really little (oblivious). Ignoring all that, it even got to be too much for me. I couldn't walk, I waddled. Couldn't ride my bike any more. Couldn't fit in my compact car comfortably any more because I couldn't spread my legs.

Yeah... A lot went into my decisions to get big, and then smaller.

At this point, all I can say is that I've luckily got to be big and less big at the right times. I still want to be bigger though. Dex is in my future. I love it, and pushing my size with it. The only problem now is when. Kids are on summer break, new gig is high travel, and customer facing, bedroom is happily tolerating my current base size.

So yeah... I will do a big Dex add... When I don't have to travel, kids are occupied for a few days and wife won't be interested in a few days. Hence the lack of updates.

I'll be travelling for work the next two weeks and will share some pics of my current size/baseline while on the road. It's not nearly as impressive as before, but it definitely shows that SL does reduce in size over time.

Thanks for the story and the addition! I'm still here )) I'm busy with work now and I don't consider the new size a big size anymore. But I'm trying to add to the story where I am now, I can't believe that two and a half years have passed since my first addition. But I plan to make a KY addition this or next month.

Update with a pic. (Finally)

No changes to my size or life. It seems I've finally settled into what is probably my permanent size now. I'm big enough to make it mildly annoying to try to hide my bulge when I need to.

The pic is me tonight. It really shows the leftover stretched skin from the emptied 50oz hydrocele. In the later parts of my big SL time the bottom/back right of my sack just always seemed to retain SL. It made me always do more additions on the left to try to stay somewhat symmetrical. Which then irritated, pulled, or drew fluid to the hydrocele on the right. I don't really find the saggy part attractive but I'm still happy it there since it gives me way more room for dextrose expansion. With kids going back to school it'll be easier to have temporary size fun. I just need to find a good source for D5NS. I finally ran out.

It’s crazy the skin got stretched that much, but still 50oz is ALOT. I think once you reach a certain size you’re good and enjoy it, but when you end up with a hydrocele like that, it prob wasn’t a lot of fun.
