First Infusion pics and questions

Post by MonsterBator »

Howdy y’all!
I’m so stoked my first saline infusion went incredibly smoothly! I love to pump and regularly wear weights, but have never come close to approaching this size even when going at it for hours. I was scared it would be painful or take hours to infuse (like the many anecdotal experiences on here), but I managed to comfortably infuse an entire 1L NS bag in just under 45min and had room to spare

Now that I have the supplies and knowledge (medical degree) to do this I’m totally hooked. My main question is how long should I wait before doing another infusion? Secondly, can I top off this infusion with a little more NS or dextrose 5% once I’ve lost some mass and my body has reabsorbed some of the fluid?
Thanks so much for any knowledge or experiences you can share!

Beautiful sac, need to see more of you and closer too, I love them
The bigger they are the harder I get.

Great job! Yes you can infuse more! Ideally the next day or later that night you will notice the skin from your sack "let go" and get even more loose. Thats the best time to infuse again.

Thanks for responding!
I did notice the loose “let go” feeling about 20hours and ended up topping off my infusion with 250ml d5w. I wish I took more pics but I was pretty focused on my junk lmao.
My first injection site left a bruise that has grown, but I barely feel it. The second one didn’t bruise at all and was honestly even less painful than the first.

Well, I imagine going from saline to d5 was significantly less painful.
The salt in NaCL is very little, but you can still feel the burn of it especially to start. If you can find d10 I would suggest 300ml and you should be able to rock that, just don’t do it if you’re like, not healthy or diabetic. It’s more glucose think of it like sugar. Someone had the math for how many grams of sugar it’d be the equivalent of. If I remember correctly, 1,000ml d5 was the equivalent of a name brand soda (not saying what). So, provided that’s correct (someone correct me if I’m wrong here), 1,000ml d10 would be about 50 grams of the equivalent to that of sugar. I imagine it lasts longer than d5 or nacl. Next time take an up close picture, I’m curious how that stretch looks.

I’m looking into buying vials of d50 to mix with 1000ml d5. That’s just me though, I wouldn’t encourage anyone to try this as it can be very very dangerous.

A well known red can of soft drink has 109 g of sugar per liter of soft drink. So that's a little more than in d10w (100g/l), and more importantly is absorbed into the blood stream within an hour or so, with subsequent spike in blood sugar levels. d10w is absorbed and metabolized over many, many hours, so in comparison is less risky from a blood sugar perspective only - there are other risks in infusing obviously.

I’ve ordered more supplies and am eager to try a solution that has some swell to it when infused. The only high osmolality solution I was able to find was 500ml bags of Lactated Ringers (LR), so ordered 4 that will hopefully be here in a couple weeks.

New pics and probably more questions then!

Don't want to rain on your parade, but lactated Ringers solution is isotonic, not hypertonic

Definitely rained on my parade a little bit, but I needed to hear it to learn so thank you. I’m grateful there is a community here I can reach out to that will help answer questions. This is a good example of the dangers of being overzealous and DIY research, but at least what I ordered is still safe to infuse.

On a brighter note, my supplies should arrive tomorrow or the day after and I’m stoked for my 2nd infusion :D

Hey I've had fun exploring all the solutions available...

However dextrose saline is probably my best but I'm into longer term results and surgilube with saline mixed seems a good option but I have migration into the cock which wasn't our intent.

Hey everyone~
I still wanted to try a solution that would swell, so I did some more research and found a recipe from a Canadian health outreach organization that shows how make D5LR from D50% and Ringers. I followed the recipe and infused 500mL D5LR and the results were fantastic! No stinging or discomfort while infusing, No bruising after the fact, it took significantly less time to infuse, it was ridiculously easy to seal the injection site, and after 2hours I had swelled to roughly the size of my 1L Saline infusion.

I then added another 500mL of plain LR later that evening and with some pumping I was HUGE.

Obligatory pics, although I wish I tried to get them in order and label them but some may be off.
