First you do not want anything in your blood stream. Period. Silicone can absorb sometimes and that is bad. Mostly the body encapsulates and then will slowly over time absorb what it can and remove it. Some will always be left. Both ky and SL are both safe if you inject under the skin. Injecting in the skin can cause necrosis. Ive mostly done the ball sac, not injecting into the testicles which I do not recommend. I believe boomer has only used ky. Ky absorbs a bit faster vs SL. The other thing is you cannot inject too much at a time with ky and sl, you will get a fever. Most ive done is 90cc per side in my sac. Start small, no more than 20-30 cc. And above all be sterile and safe.
