I Estim once or twice a month. When i go on vacation i do it every day. Love the feeling.

I've been using a home made rig for years. I was lucky to find a stainless steel handle off something and the luck was it's shaped like a dildo! I connected it to electrical wire and it fits nice and snugly inside my anus. The other pole is a croc clip which I attach to the ball on my 10mm PA ring and the whole thing is connected to a marvellous TENS unit. I use the gentle massage mode which pulses to one electrode first then reverses to the other electrode, gradually increasing the intensity by switching to a more vigorous massage mode at the next notch of intensity, then reverting back to the gentle massage but at the higher intensity. I gradually increase until I can't help but ejaculate and the sexual feeling is really fantastic.
