So I am gonna be the skew in this poll. So sorry OP but since you’ve started this thread I voted that I castrated myself. This is still true they haven’t grown back thankfully. I’ve given myself a Penectomy and it resulted in a urethral reroute. So can you manually add a vote to those as well?

For my other mods I have a split tongue, below elbow amputation and two toe amputations on each foot.

The question I pose is if these mods you have had done are voluntary. I expect the tongue split is but the others, medically necessary or no?

The removal of the sac-skin i will miss in the vote!
Im working to remove the useless skin and will get it just still in this year.
Will place a line of piercing-holes along the crotch, as like a perforation-line from the tailroot until the lower end of my baggy.
Then i can cut off the whole baggy along the perforation and the skin will lay then tight over the crotch already, only the little wounds between the piercings have to heal up still.

It was fine, I was just being paranoid. It's actually looking pretty good now. I'll post pics in a couple of days!
