Hello everyone, quick intro...have been pumping very casually last year or two and have never really seen any size increase BUT I do think its something I'd like to get into the habit of doing consistently for the better function of my junk esp now I'm older at 53. When I actually string a few weeks together of pumping it definitely makes sex better, increases libido and my junk just feels better and more nourished I guess, Anyway, my question...
I finally need to buy a decent pump with decent guage instead of these cheap, plastic toy ones. I noticed that some of the cylinder bases have no flange and others have a flange. Do I not need to use a rubber sleeve with a cylinder that has a flange (they look to be about 10mm).
Cylinder base shape and rubber sleeve needed?
