Bonus once it's healed my ballsack will hit the floor due to being stretched for 20yrs.

Why doc says it? Being in that level of hydrocele is something bad?

Hydrocell isnt bad itself, you can drain it with a catheter. Squirrel did it and drained 1500cc of fluid. Surgery can introduce issues. Simply draining them will relieve pressure. I’m not a doctor so take it with a grain of salt.
