Well, it is not going to happen in a few days, weeks, not years. Too fast and too much vacuum will lead to blisters and lower erection quality. Take it slowly IF you haven't been into pumping. Nothing more than 4-5 Hg for a few months and sets of 10-15 minutes with at least 10 minute breaks. The penis needs time to react to new treatment. I'd stay at the same Hg and longer time to about 15-20 minutes in a year or so. It's difficult to give precise details as everyone is different. Go by your feelings and not by your desire and you'll be on the way to your goal.

Time and consistency. For me I would develop a donut that would keep me from filling the entire shaft in the tube. I would massage the donut down in between sessions which seemed to help. Even so sometimes you hit a plateau and then that’s where staying consistent with pumping comes into play.
