Okay, how about the feeling after removing the needle, do you feel something unusual inside testicles?

well as i go as strait as possible with the needle i do less damage than if i was stirring
butthere is a little swelling and the skewered ball get a little more sensitive for a couple of days but not much
once it get a bit bigger than usual ( was my first time or second one) and with a lamp get very "transparent" but not mor sensitive
this time i get big hematoma on the sack , so next i really pay attention where veins are and i clean more .

the only time its gets more sensitive it's when i shared this "passion" with an ex girlfriend she insert and moved a little the needle while pushing
and i felt directly what she was doing i said to stop move the needle , and the testicules get definitevely lot more swollen but not painfull and get blood when i was ejacluating 2 day after the session and for 3 or 4 days , and in all the recovering time yes it was very sensitive .
i know im doing some damage in doing that i just try to reduce them ( even if i know how to avoid them definietely)

Yeah it's definitely a good idea to avoid veins and I think you should enter the testicle from the longer side since on the bottom there's some cords connected and you don't wanna mess with to avoid complications. well if you enter the long side good to be a little on the side and not right in the middle
hitting the epididymis create some sensation but a try not to , and when it's on the side i dont go under 2/3 of the top if you look at it horizontaly .

i already did some estim on the needle and oh yes there is sensation .

I pierced my testicles with needles several times and found it very exciting. What I found most exciting was to insert the needle to a point where the yellow fluid inside the testicle would start to come out of the needle. I would then squeeze the testicle to force more liquid out and catch it all in a small cup. Sometimes I would reposition the needle several times to get more out until the testicle was empty of fluid. Then I would move to the 2nd testicle and repeat the process. When I was done I would have enough that I could drink which was out of this world mind blowing knowing that this liquid would have been ejaculated in the near future. Technically if all the safely measures are taken, this activity should not have any negative consequences - I read some online scientific paper where very similar experiments were done on animal testicles and no lowering of fertility/testosterone was identified.

But ofc in the experiment there was no skewering both testicles through with the same needle, or any estim applied through the needles which is more of a sexual play things so it adds too the risks.

There should really be more research done, with more experiments and all the data recorded and analyzed, since there's people who're willing to expose their testies for needling and are even willing to accept losing them.
Perhaps there should be a closed club at first
