Help! Why do i get bruised?

Post by tintincho »

Hey! im still kinda new, and I have started pumping more seriusly lately.
The thing is that I keep getting bruised in the side of my dick, and in the foreskin, I think those parts of my dick re in contact with the tube.

What do you guys think could be the cause? its there any way to fix this issue?

Im pumping on low pressure, around 3/4 hg and not more than 5hg.

That occurs when the pressure increases or decreases quickly.
You will see colour discolouration of your cock and balls which is quite normal. It will get a lot darker

It could be a number of things really.

1) Use enough lube
2) Watch your pressure and pressure spikes
3) Session duration/length of time in the tube
4) Possible medication/medical reasons (blood thinners, etc)

Those are my 4 things to look at personally. Believe it or not, 4-5" HG might even be too much still. The thing is about pumping. Like many will probably tell you here, it's about finding a routine that works for your body. I've pumped relatively often for years and I know if I go above 5" HG, I'm going to blister or bruise. Some guys here start at 5 and go past 10 or higher. Some people don't or can't go much above 4. So it just depends on what all your body can handle and/or adjust to. But those 4 reasons are things I'd consider. 2 & 3 are big ones I feel.

Also bear in mind if you're using a brake bleed hand pump, their vacuum gauges are quite inaccurate. I compared mine to a more expensive electric pump and while the bleed pump said 5hg, the better electric pump said 11hg. Don't trust the cheap pumps for accuracy.
