I think I can see that yours is still a bit sore. Apply cream regularly and let it heal in peace. You can make the next cut when you feel comfortable and feel like it. There are no set times or rules.

I only started cutting my meatotomy on May 24. I am very happy with the result. I may extend it to a small subincision.

On 16th November just tried to clamp again, its more painful than my first clamp and cut. But this time i cut only 2 mm.
I afraid to cut 4 5 mm bcoz of now this tissue is little stronger than earlier, i didn't planed to cut and last cut was 11-12 mm which was not healed properly.
I attached some images. just take a look.

The thickest tissue just after the end of the glans and the beginning of the shaft, there is no natural narrowing there as a valve. Is it safe to cut?

Also please guide me where to stop it the point A and B or any other point bcoz as of now i son't want to enter the territory of subincision.
Please tell what are disadvantages of meatotomy and subincision so that i should plan or stop.

The thicker tissue is the transition area near the end of your Glans and the beginning of the shaft. It is safe to go through this area. Many guys have done so without issue. You can stop at either A or B. That's up to you. If you do go as far a B regrowth won't be as much and you'll have a wider gape. Either stopping point changes your piss pattern. Instead of a stream you'll notice more of a spray. That's the only disadvantage that I've found. But then it's not really a disadvantage since I've found my cock to be more sensitive being modified.

I really excited to cut it again, but this time this area of tissue are hard also u can see I cut 2mm, which may reverse the full. and the inner color is dark red but earlier it was whites (when I cut the 1st 10-12mm also 2 mm are reversed.

Is subincision territory starts from area after A or B which I marked in picture. In my opinion meatotomy area ends at point B.

I am also afraid about the the pee spray. Please tell who crossed this thik tissue area. Also how to prevent from reverse.

You're definitely at the start of sub territory at point B (Meato end). But it really doesn't matter. Go as far as you wish. Piss spray is different from cock to cock. It may fan out into a rain pattern or split into two or more steams. Pissing with an erection changes the stream too. Reverse or regrowth can be suppressed by gauze or paper towel piece rolled up and inserted into the urethra and folded over the incision. Some guys place Vaseline into the incision. Others Neosporin. The biggest thing is to keep everything totally sterile to prevent infection.

Many guys have cut past your point B without an issue. Some even go all the way down the shaft to the scrotum. Just look at the subincision pics guys have posted here and elsewhere. Pain is managed by any of several methods. Lidocaine cream or lotion, packing in ice, or just handle it. Clamping numbs the nerve endings so once you get the clamp locked the pain pretty much goes away. Just keep everything sterile to prevent infection.

Sorry for the delay, These are my 2nd time cut result. This time I clamped little dipper as i uploaded, but I really afraid to cut till Point 'B' but happy to crossed the point 'A'. Also worried about the the pee spray, but its manageable pee spray, its minimal.

Should I stop or continue?
Am I reached the last point of meatotomy or more 2 3 mm to complete the meatotomy the middle point of A and B or close to point B?
I am waiting for your valuable feedback to plan further.

But i really liked the Joggel's Meatotomy, I was inspired and started cutting, I also liked to do the similar wide open at bottom (near about earlier Point A)
