Is it ok to pump lying down?
I've seen a lot of places saying to stand or sit. Laying down is the most comfortable for me. Is there benefits from standing or sitting rather than laying?

I’ve pumped in all positions. Not sure there is a benefit one way or another but find what’s comfortable for you. I like a recliner personally. If needed you can get situated in the tube standing if that’s easier and then sit or lay.

I mostly sit at a relaxed angle on my bed but I do get up and move around some. I find changing position increases blood flow and helps pack the tube.

If you do set your vacuum while laying down, be aware that then sitting up will increase the vacuum in the cylinder as your body bends and pulls your suspensory ligament back into your groin. And vice versa.

I always pump laying down. It's more comfortable than long pumping sessions standing up.

I pump on my office chair (Netflix or Video games) and in bed for comfort or before sleeping.
I also sometimes do my life in the apartment during pumping so standing.
On the other hand, I have the impression that the squatting position increases blood flow. The nanometer is at the same pressure but the sensation is stronger. I use it while blocking the tube when I have a small air leak due to hair

Yep. I find too I get better stretches on top of it being more comfortable if I'm in a reclined position. But I pump in all sorts of positions sitting down. I sit at my computer, slightly reclined on the bed, or even on my stomach with the pump hanging down between the ground as I stretch between my couch and ottoman. That feels great. It creates a low point and the blood flows too it. I think it feels amazing personally doing that.

I agree with SoCalPumper, in fact, when I have full privacy I'll get nude; lube up, tube up and pump while doing indoor house chores!
