Hydrocele formation
Hey everyone,
Been a while since I posted. I hav been pumping in the MTJ now, graduated from the 357 about a year ago and now filling the MTJ to around 2/3rds. I noticed my left has been hanging much lower than my right and also larger. When feeling it around, there is a small water balloon feeling membrane covering the top of my nut (pretty small). Finally got the start of my hydrocele journey going!!
I was wondering if anyone has tips on how to make the one I have bigger - I know everyone says to just pump every day, but for the past year the hydrocele seems to stay the same size unpumped. I’ve been experimenting with slapping my nut until sore (pleasurable, nothing hurting too much) with the logic that some mild trauma might trigger the hydrocele to develop. Just trying to experiment separate from the obvious every day pump.

I think pressure is key, as much as you can take for as long as you can, as you let off the pressure hit it again. I believe that’s how I got mine, that and pumping as much as you have time for,

Thanks neon! I tend to not go over 8hg because I get dark discolouration and tiny red dots easily. Did you ever explore with light slapping till sore before pumping?neonpumper wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2024 8:49 am I think pressure is key, as much as you can take for as long as you can, as you let off the pressure hit it again. I never did that. The skin on my sac did turn very dark. The more you pump at higher pressure the longer you can take it. Work above 10 psi, if even for 30 seconds at first and work up from the. I’ve been as high as 20 psi. The picture above is my unpumped size after not pumping for four months. I now continue to swell without pumping.mtlpump wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2024 10:04 amThanks neon! Re: Hydrocele formation
I'm not sure if there is much more you can do. From what I've heard consistent pumping, especially above 5 in of Hg should help. I've also developed one on my right testicle. My existing hydrocele hasn't appeared to get much bigger over the past 2-3 years since I started noticing it, but I haven't been trying to enlarge it either. I haven't been very consistent in pumping it since then. I've tried just pumping my left to even things out.
It's also probably hard to tell if it's growing. It's probably a pretty slow process so you might be making more progress than you realize. Looking at myself I'm noticeably much larger than I used to be unpumped even though I haven't been very consistent in recent years.

I would say the same for me. I’m definitely larger than when I started. My biggest tell is how underwears feel more snug and bulges are noticeable with certain pairs of pants. I think where I’m at right now is to try the slight ball slapping before pumps and see where I’m at in a month from now. Some people on the forum mentioned that it helped, some people claimed it’s BS. Only one way to find out so its best if I pump as much as I can, hopefully every second day and do 5 mins of light slapping till sore before the pump.moose32315 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 03, 2024 7:19 am I'm not sure if there is much more you can do. Re: Hydrocele formation
Little update about recent session (wet pumping and epsom). Took 5 minutes before starting the pump to hit my left ball with small hydrocele until sore. Once I got in the tube, my nuts blew up like crazy. I usual pump and keep around 5hg. This time, I decided to spike pump and go to 9-10hg for as long as I can handle. I could usually keep it for around a min and then go back down to 4hg and repeat until I was ready for next spike. I also took 5 min breaks every 30 mins instead of every 45mins. The results I usually get in 3 hours only took about an hour and a half! I usually go back to normal in about 24 hours so I will see if these pump results last longer or the same. Really exciting results

Got an hour in the mtj just now. Crazy how much faster I grow with spike pumping.

Re: Hydrocele formation
Thanks Marco. Definitely want to get at least an hour session every day. Only downside with spike pumping is the occasional blister on the head and really bad irritation on the skin near my groin. Will keep track of progress here
