For full package pumping, I have a LongJohnny from Pump Toys (https://www.pumptoys.com/catalog/All-Pr ... ny-15.html), which is 4" across but about 3 inches once you put on the poly vinyl seal. And it's a bit big -- pulls in a lot of pubic fat.
As a somewhat beginning pumper, which would you choose, and why?
I can afford the higher prices, but I'm trying decide if it's worth it.
I'm also a little wary of Boston Pump, because all of the reviews I've found are very old, and the site looks like it hasn't been updated in a long time.
It depends how big you are to begin with. I am tiny so the 357 is great for me as I have plenty of room to grow into. If you have a 7” cock and big balls to begin with, it will be too small. I typically use it with an Oxballs Juicy XL cushion to restrict the entry hole, to reduce the pubis moines being pulled in too much.
If you are a bigger guy, then maybe the standard bull master might be a better option.
I also had a 3.5” Thickwall that I moved on as it was too big ?although I did really give it a good go on the last day I had it and was pleasantly surprised by the result.
I also had a 3” (can’t remember the make) which was really good for getting some length, but I dropped it and cracked it quite soon after getting so had to bin it! (Also used with the OJXL - a perfect combo in my opinion)
I can’t offer any advice on 2-stage tubes as I’ve never tried one.
Thanks so much, TinyMe. The standard Bullmaster is constantly out of stock so the 357 would be the way to go with those devices.
I might be a little bigger than you, but average sized, I guess. My sack is wider than average, though.
I know that you had mentioned the Oxballs Juicy XL before, so I'll check it out.
Always nice to have such a supportive community here.
I am looking to sell my two stage Boston Pump cylinder. I've had it for years but only used it a couple of times. It's just not my thing. The first opening is 3 1/4" diameter with the second stage a 5" diameter. The length of the first section is 1 1/2" and the second chamber is 8 1/2". Overall length 10". I would part with it for $100 plus postage. Let me know if you're interested.
Within the last 6 months, I have bought two-stage pumps from both LA Pump and Boston Pump. I would strongly recommend AGAINST Boston Pump. The fit & finish was horrible. It looked liked some sort of DIY job from Home Depot. The first stage projected into the second stage, which created an additional ledge inside. It was going to cause bad pressure points when under vacuum. The ledge would have scraped your shaft, and your balls would have gotten caught on the ledge during exit. The first stage also had 2 buggers on the inside which would have scratched or irritated the skin during pumping and exiting. The outside of the joint between first and second stage also had a drip/run in the sealant. All the way around, the product was so bad, I didn't even bother to test drive it, or to sell it to some sucker. I just threw it away. Piece of crap.
On the other hand, the LA Pump tube is perfect. Smooth transitions from one surface to the next; no defects; chambered edges at the first stage entrance and exit to avoid irritation. The LA Pump two-stage works so well, I can even pump just the balls, instead of the whole package. Customer service was great; Chris treats customers well. Additionally, I bought 2 elliptical tubes from LA Pump. Great fit and finish on those, as well. However, in hind sight, I should have bought the elliptical tubes with the flange instead of the straight wall (thick walled) ones. The straight wall tube concentrates too much pressure on too small an area at the base of the penis (pubic bone and sack). The flange would spread the force out over a larger area. I still like them, and use them. However, I have to limit how high a vacuum to apply (200 mmHg).
Finally, I have a Bullmaster 357. If I could have only 1 tube, the 357 is my pick. Absolutely fantastic. The fit and finish is perfect. The silicone cushion at the mouth makes it comfortable to wear for hours at a time. I cannot say enough good things about it. Admittedly, customer service and communication is not Dave's strong suit, so be prepared to settle in and wait for your tube. It will be worth the wait.
I have solved the issue with the Boston pump two stage. I love the size it will pump me to, but found it difficult and uncomfortable to remove. I’ve found the solution.? Get a two way Mytevac that pumps and reverses. After pumping session is finished, release the vacuum, and reverse the pump. A little positive pressure made removal so much easier and can nfortsble.
