I want to cut my urethral entrance open by about 5mm. You can see that I have small urethral lips on the left and right. Will it still look good?

Habe mir die "Lippen" entfernt. Auch erst geklemmt, dann geschnitten. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Ich habe alles mit einem Thermokauter geschnitten.
Wenn die Lippen da im Weg sind, kannst Du sie "wegdampfen". Das geht mit wenig Schmerz ohne Blut recht schnell.

In the meantime everything has healed.

First I clamped it for an hour and then I cut it. It didn't bleed at all.

Interesting, those "urethral lips" are what twist the pee stream so that it goes in a single stream. Have you seen a difference in how you pee?

You're looking good so far. Once you open up to the piercing your glans should spread nicely. I suggest that before you get to the piercing, remove your frenulum.
