Extreme chastity

What are some extreme ideas that could be done for chastity. A few ideas i had in mind was like sewing the penis head to the balls or maybe even piercing the ball sack and penis and then connecting them with one rod. Any other ideas?

Here’s a primer with very rough sketches of what I’m talking about. Initially sutures are used to determine best placement , the inner are done with short barbells and outer with rings, Addition piercings at perenium and glans/ foreskin can allow for more restraint.

First line done from just outside scrotal seam to outside rear of scrotum. To create the innermost portion of “lips”. If testes are present then they are pushed back into ingunal space/canal and are there for the duration. Additional sutures/barbells ensure

Step two is to pull penis down between “lips” so the exit is near perenium and a second set of sutures is placed at the outside of the “lips” connecting them and drawing them closed together, trapping the penis, When measurements are done , sutures are replaced with ring piercings .


Addition chastity can have a piercing attaching the glans or foreskin if present either to the Lowest outer ring , or an additional piercing at the perenium.


This allows for semi permanent chastity while still allowing for sanitation/cleaning and creates a somewhat smooth “camel toe” while so restrained.

Sutures first to ensure placement the. Short barbell piercings from close to seam line to outer sctrotum . This creates the back of the “lips”. Also captures testes if still present in the ingunal canals.

The penis is pulled down between. The lips, and can be secured by a piercing on the perinium and the glans or foreskin of the penis. Sutures are removed from barbell location

The outer portion of the “lips” are pulled around the penis and A series of sutures or ring piercings capture the penis in place.

You can use only sutures to “test drive “ the process and replace with piercings. Urination is still possible, exiting near the perinium forcing the person to sit. With piercings, they can still be unlocked for cleaning.

A false “canal” is created between the underside of the penis and the scrotum if a piercing between perinium and glas is not used, and instead glans is secured by the lowest piercings in the outer “lips”
