Hello What is the best way to get the most Bloat when pumping Standing ? sitting down ? laying down? walking

I found walking seems to work faster, standing doing chores does too at least for me, plus I feel I’m just not being a pleasure slob lying or sitting on the couch or looking at porn for hours, a mixture of activities while pumping seems to work for me

Hahahaha I'm a pleasure slob for sure ....... sitting and pumping for an hour or two with the heater on watching porn ....yea it's how I role !!
