Deep PA mods

Hi all,

I currently have a PA piercing (celebrating 1y anniversary this weekend ) but was wondering about options to get better access to the urethra. Urethral reroutes are hard to do and require a lot of care, while subincisions are super cool but for me too extreme a look (for now at least).

The BME encyclopedia gave me some inspiration in terms of "Deep PA", "Dolphin" and "Killer Whale" piercings:

For example, the Deep PA looks great to me because it could allow me to link my current PA hole with a much lower one at the base of the penis. The lower hole I could also use to easily sound deeper into my prostate and bladder: my 6" penis has a slight curve and tends to get very hard, so sounding with hard steel bars can be tricky and annoying.

I also very much like the idea of stretching this low hole and making my cockhead useless for peeing and cumming.

So I wonder does anyone have experience with something like this? Or if you have experience self-piercing, how would one go about doing a Deep PA? I have done some cutting to extend my peehole when I was younger, but I got my PA at a piercing studio, I do not know much about how to do about this...

I am not sure that I can answer your question with the information you presented. Explain, getting better access to the urethra. If getting better access to the urethra would allow for urine to flow better, then I suggest extending the PA by beginning a subincision.
