Whats your routine/breaking a plateau

Hey gang

Ive been pumping on and off a few years and i havent been able to break my PB at 12.5-13"
I wonder what everyones routine is for best gains/to break this plateau?

My main piece is an LA pump 2 stage 2.75"x4.5"x10" - i use an electric breast pump - mainly water pumping w epsom salts - drink a half litre every half hour or so - breaks every half hour or throughout if I'm uncomfortable. I have the 3.5"x6"x10" two stage as well but i started off in that last night and got almost nowhere in 30 min. Also a few jar/jug set ups but i feel like i need a good single stage set up.

I mainly stay under 5" pressure but pulse up to 10" sometimes when I'm warmed up and comfortable. I'm curious what pressures people use for gains because obviously we know we should stay below 5" to be safe but ive been reading posts where people say they pump up to 15" or even 25"

For me it really comes down to time in the tube more than anything else. How long are your sessions usually ?

Thanks for the reply - yeah thats the kinda thing im curious of, how long and how often do you pump?
I normally go 1-2 hours a day, a few times a week

In my opinion monster results are the result of monster sessions. Try going for 4-6 hours low pressure with breaks and I’m sure you will be surprised by the results.

For me personally, I found taking days off from pumping gave my skin time to heal and subsequently get better results. I wet pump too and found that pumping every day in hot water would dry out my skin, making it harder to get gains.

What worked best for me was to pump around 90 minutes between 3’’ and 5’’, take a two week break (making sure to stay moisturized every day), then pump again. I got better results this way than pumping every day.

My personal best is 16.5’’ circumference. I had taken a month off pumping beforehand and then tried pumping while taking a warm bath. I was pleasantly surprised to get so huge in less than an hour. The warm bath was much more effective than a heating pad.

I've pumped 6 or more hours daily for a couple weeks, getting a 4 1/2" tube 11" full. And no more.
That was my plateau. Pretty much that's it. Unless I kept at it 20 years.
Balls flopping free like a bull. To my knees, and beyond!

Just kidding….. sounds like you’re doing everything right.
Except maybe you’re being too harsh on your bag!
Stay below 5hg with brief peaks of 7hg
I have found that I can pump longer without becoming sore if I stay below 5hg.
Hydration is also important the day before pumping.
Small amounts of water more frequently is better than guzzling it at once.
Sometimes you can do everything right and get disappointing results and sometimes you just blow up like a balloon!
Sometimes it’s just a mystery!

And don’t pump trying to get size. I use to be the same way. Pump to to satisfy the addiction of feeling your balls swell. Enjoy the time alone getting stoned, drunk, watching porn or huffing poppers and watching porn, or whatever it you enjoy while pumping. If you get in the to enjoy process the size will come. Because so addicted it rules your life. I’ve been to that point many times, that will make you huge when pumping is 90% of your thoughts.
